Ardent Financial is a fully integrated platform which manages all aspects of the loan investment cycle internally including origination, servicing, asset management and disposition. Mr. Siegel is a Managing Director at The Ardent Companies and Ardent Financial. Prior to Ardent, Mr. Siegel was Vice President of Acquisitions at Rialto Capital, where he oversaw the distressed loan acquisitions platform and the acquisition of commercial RE loans on both domestic and international opportunities. He also developed the firm's Small Balance Loan Acquisition platform and led the company’s first European acquisition. Prior to Rialto, Mr. Siegel was an Associate Director at Sinvin in New York, where he worked in Real Estate Investment Sales. Mr. Siegel has a B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University.

Mr. Olson is a Partner at The Ardent Companies with a focus on debt and equity originations and innovative strategies. Prior to Ardent, Mr. Olson was a Partner and CFO of Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods, a sister company of Ardent, where he directed the company’s financial strategies, corporate policies, risk management, and investments. Mr. Olson has over two decades of real estate experience in leadership roles at notable firms like Hines, Resource Real Estate Partners and Warren-Hanks. Mr. Olson also serves on the Board of Directors for two medical technology companies ViveBio Scientific and Nephrogen Sciences. Mr. Olson is an active contributor to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, specifically the “Carter Samuel Martin Developmental Therapeutics Research Fund”. Mr. Olson is a Minnesota native, and he received a B.B.A. in Corporate Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Ms. Fowler is the Director of Servicing at Ardent Financial. Prior to Ardent, Ms. Fowler was the Assistant Vice President of Special Assets at Synovus, a regional financial institution in Atlanta, where she led a team that managed over $500 million in non-preforming loans, managed the de-leasing efforts on all of the financial institutions REO assets, handled all leased REO properties until disposition, and worked out or disposed of a portfolio in excess of $100 million in non-preforming loans and REO assets; workouts included loan restructuring, forbearance agreements, and collection efforts. She has more than 10 years of banking experience with a concentration in real estate construction lending and special assets management.

Nisu Mehta is a Director at Ardent Financial. Prior to Ardent, Mr. Mehta was the Director of Investment Management at Rialto Capital, where he oversaw acquisitions of whole loan portfolios, and identified and underwrote equity investments in the Southeast U.S. Mr. Mehta was involved in helping the Rialto’s CMBS B-piece platform become one of the largest participants in the sector. Prior to Rialto, Mr. Mehta was at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he managed a $500 million distressed loan portfolio. Mr. Mehta has over 15 years of real estate experience including acquisitions, originations, underwriting, and asset management. Mr. Mehta received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Emory University.

Prior to Ardent, Mr. Pike was an Analyst at Rialto Capital, where he was responsible for the management of more than $200 million in performing and non-performing loans throughout the Southeast and Midwest, and underwrote portfolios of real estate loans and assets in excess $200 million. Mr. Pike received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.
